Awards & Achievements

The first formal initiative of Hum Mashal-e-Rah Foundation  “Mashal-e-Noor” was started at the premises of the Children’s Library Complex, Schools Education Department Government of Punjab, for various programs, and therapies through mother support group, to children with special needs ages (4-16), after which, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and vocational training center was established for disabled persons ages (18-50) Maskan in Nasheman at the Social Welfare Complex, with the kind support of donors.

In 2017, Hum Mashal e Rah Foundation was registered as a non-government organization in Lahore, with overwhelming and significant support from mothers.

After the inception of Hum Mashal e Rah Foundation in 2017, the organization successfully started its journey towards its dream:

Mashal-e-Noor

HMR Bright Beginnings

Renovated our project HMR Bright Beginnings, A state-of-the-art Institute in line with John Hopkin’s institute in Canada for teenage children, offering Independent Living (Self grooming, socializing and outdoor activities) with focus towards rehabilitation, art of independent living and skills development towards financial empowerment, in 2023.

Centre for Special Needs Students

Renovated state-of-the-art, Art of Independent Living Centre for Special Needs Students at University of Home Economics Lahore, 2024.

Mashal-e-Shifa

Project Mashal-e-Shifa focuses on formal girls’ education with inclusion. Learning through Internships, Teachers Training programs and Parents Support Groups at Sutlej Model School at Jodh-Singhwala with more than 200 girl students, District Kasur, 2018

Hum Mashal-e-Rah

Hum Mashal-e-Rah Foundation has always stood by its brothers and sisters when required, played a pivotal role in Pandemic-2019 through logistical and ration support programs.
